This is a unique resource: streaming video. Capture of all or a portion of the streamed content in video form is not permitted.

Transcripts of streamed video content may not be posted to Electronic Reserves or Electronic Learning Management Systems.

Please note the following limiting conditions:

Section: 3.2.: "Authorized Users may stream, display, publicly perform, or exhibit a reasonable amount of information contained in the Licensed Materials. ... The transcripts of the verbal video content are made available only as an aid to facilitate use and comprehension of the video content and shall not be considered the equivalent of a book, journal or other print product. [Therefore] transcript text is not primary reading material or intended for use as primary reading material and ... may not be copied in whole or in part ..."

Section 3.6.1.: "Screenshots or captures from any of the Licensed Materials are permitted only if ... screenshots or captures do not include images of people, without exception ..."

Section 3.6.3.: "Licensee may provide URLs in Course Packs, Courseware and/or Electronic Reserve Collections but may not use transcripts, transcript excerpts, images, or audio from any of the Licensed Materials ..."

Section 4.5.: "The Licensee shall encourage Authorized Users to view the Licensed Materials in as private an environment as possible, and out of sight or hearing range of unauthorized users ..."
