GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

Transcripts of streamed video content may not be posted to Electronic Reserves or Electronic Learning Management Systems. Please note the following limiting conditions: Section: 3.2.: "Authorized Users may stream, display, publicly perform, or exhibit a reasonable amount of information contained in the Licensed Materials. ... The transcripts of the verbal video content are made available only as an aid to facilitate use and comprehension of the video content and shall not be considered the equivalent of a book, journal or other print product. [Therefore] transcript text is not primary reading material or intended for use as primary reading material and ... may not be copied in whole or in part ..."
