Notes
Citation requirement:

"In each instance where Client is reproducing any portion of the Incites Data, Client shall duly acknowledge the source of such data and provide the following notice where the Incites Data is reproduced: 'This data is reproduced from Thomson Reuters. You may not copy this data in whole or in part without the written consent of the Science business of Thomson Reuters.'"

Sharing InCites data:

Section 1.e.: "TR grants to Client a ... right to ... incorporate InCites Data in internal reports; distribute limited, specifically relevant portions of InCites Data for interactions with government agencies; and include insubstantial portions of InCites Data in documents, which may be provided to third parties or made publicly available, for illustrative or research purposes only, provided all such uses may only include InCites Data regarding materials authored by Client's faculty, students or affiliated researchers."
