Text and Data Mining	No	Systematic downloading or harvesting articles, citations, metadata (e.g. using citation managers such as EndNote or Zotero) is strictly prohibited. (You must contact us here. Permission is required or a Text and Data Mining Package should be purchased.)

You may not, under any circumstance, do any of the following:

Use any part of the electronic resource for a commercial purpose.
Use software such as webcrawlers or other automated means to systematically make copies of extracts of the electronic resource for any purpose.
Mount, post, upload or input any part of a licensed electronic resource on third party Artificial Intelligence platforms, such as ChatGPT.
Mount, post or distribute any part of the electronic resource on unsecured electronic networks, such as electronic bulletin boards, news groups and web sites. For clarification, posting to e-reserves or to a learning management system (e.g. Connect, Vista, MEDICOL) may be allowed by the license. Check specific license permissions for further information.
Obscure or alter any copyright or other notices appearing in the electronic resource
Publish, distribute or make available any portion of the electronic resource except as detailed in the specific license permissions or as permitted by the Fair Dealing provisions of the Canadian Copyright Act.

Notes
Is interlibrary loan (ILL) allowed?	No	The license for this electronic resource does not allow interlibrary loans.
Citation requirement: "In each instance where Client is reproducing any portion of the Incites Data, Client shall duly acknowledge the source of such data and provide the following notice where the Incites Data is reproduced: 'This data is reproduced from Thomson Reuters. You may not copy this data in whole or in part without the written consent of the Science business of Thomson Reuters.'" Sharing InCites data: Section 1.e.: "TR grants to Client a ... right to ... incorporate InCites Data in internal reports; distribute limited, specifically relevant portions of InCites Data for interactions with government agencies; and include insubstantial portions of InCites Data in documents, which may be provided to third parties or made publicly available, for illustrative or research purposes only, provided all such uses may only include InCites Data regarding materials authored by Client's faculty, students or affiliated researchers."
