Distribution and commercial use of DMTI Spatial Data is strictly prohibited.

Citation requirement:

Authors using DMTI Spatial Data may use "raster images" only and may not include "vector data." In addition, authorized users of the data must "cite DMTI Spatial Inc. as the source of the data, and ... indicate that the results or views expressed are those of the author/authorized user."
